If the button second from the left has a flashing green light, gas has been programmed. If you are not using an inert gas kit, the machine will not operate if gas is programmed. Please go through each program P1-P9 and follow the instructions below to make sure gas is not programmed in ANY program.

1. Turn on the machine and wait until display shows the CONFIGURATIONS screen.

2. Once arrived at the CONFIGURATIONS screen, use the DOWN arrow button to get to
"Label" line.

3. Use the LEFT arrow button to decrease number of labels or not print label and RIGHT arrow
button to increase number of label. NO means no labels will print. 

4. Press S button to save settings and to proceed to next screen for machine use.

NOTES.
If machine is already on, press and hold RED STOP button for about 10 seconds to
get to the CONFIGURATION screen.

P1 for Protein  →  VACUUM % = 99.9%  |  EXTRA VACUUM = 0  |  INERT GAS = 0  |  SEALING TIME = 1.5
P2 for Marinades  →  VACUUM % = 97.0%  |  EXTRA VACUUM = 0  |  INERT GAS = 0  |  SEALING TIME = 1.5
P3 for Sauces  →  VACUUM % = 95.0%  |  EXTRA VACUUM = 0  |  INERT GAS = 0  |  SEALING TIME = 1.5

  1. Open lid, turn main power switch to ON position, after 30 seconds machine will display PROGRAM.

  2. Hold the STOP key (red key; located left to the display) down for 6 seconds, machine will display CALIBRATE.

  3. Press the DOWN ARROW key 10x until CALIBRATE is highlighted, close lid to start.

  4. Display will increment down and eventually stop decreasing.

  5. Depress the STOP key and open the lid, machine will return to regular operation after 6 seconds.

  6. SAVING DATA appears on the display. The vacuum sealer is now calibrated to its environment and ready for use.

  1. Open lid, turn main power switch to ON position.

  2. Wait a few seconds till the display shows the selected language.

  3. Press the S key to get to the configuration screen.

  4. Use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to scroll down and highlight DIAGNOSTICS, press the S key.

  5. Enter the password "P45F" then press the S key.

  6. On the next screen highlight STATUS and press the S key.

    (After 6 seconds, if no key is pressed, the display will automatically go back to the configuration screen. Repeat step 4 & 5 if necessary.)

  7. Select CYCLES counter, press and hold simultaneously the LEFT ARROW and RIGHT ARROW keys for 2 seconds.

    The cycles counter will automatically reset to 000000.

  8. Once reset, let the screen load back to the previous pages and wait until it displays the regular operations screen. Run a couple of vacuum cycles until you receive a message on the screen that says "Saving Data". Once completed, your machine has been updated and can now be used.

  9. Please check/change the pump oil as necessary. Before draining out the oil run a couple of cycles to warm up the oil.

  10. Calibrate the vacuum sealer after the oil change to assure proper vacuum pressure levels.

  1. Open lid, turn main power switch to ON position

  2. Wait a few seconds till the display shows the selected language

  3. Press the S key to get to the configuration screen where you can set the date and time

  4. Use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to move from month to day to year, etc.

  5. Use the LEFT ARROW and RIGHT ARROW keys to change the values

  6. Press the S key to save the changes; the machine will switch to the regular operation mode.
